December 2007 Meeting Minutes

Here are the minutes.
Presentation of Student of the Month Awards to Beth and Taylor
Fund-raising. We are having a mandatory raffle this year. Each member will need to sell 15 tickets for a dollar. The item being raffle is yet to be determined. If you have any other ideas please see Ben or Mr. Feducia.
Probation for missed activities. If you are signing up for activities and not showing up you will loss a point after the 2nd time. By doing this you are taking away another persons opportunity to gain points. Also if there is only four slots on a sign up sheet, only FOUR people can sign up. Please do not put your name in the margins. And a quick reminder your 7 points are due by the end of this semester. There are a total of 12 people who have not received even one point. There are many opportunities to gain points, so there should be on excuses. If you don't gain seven points by the end of the semester you will be put on probation.

List of activities
- American Legion Food Drive-Alli Cirelli. Bring in food items for a point, sign up sheet in Mr. Feducia's room.
- Holiday Teacher Appreciation-Ashlyn Johnson. Sign up for a select items for this activity in Mr. Feducia's room
- Parents as Education Partners. Looking for a chairperson for this activity, if you are interested talk to either Ben or Mr. Feducia.
- Blood Drive- Ben and Alli. NHS is sponsoring the Blood Drive again this year, we need volunteers to help out during the day. If you sign up to give blood you DO NOT receive a point, but rather a good job. :)
- Toys for Tots-Daniel Friedel. Bring in items to help the toy drive and receive points
- AG Wright Tutoring-Tanny. Tutor little kids at AG Wright, only limited amount of people please. (Thursdays)
- Margret Brent Elementary-Ben. Every other Tuesday for tutoring
- Art Extravaganza. Help out at this event for a 2 hour shift and receive a point.
