January 2008 Meeting Minutes
Hey Everyone,
Here are the minutes.
The Plege of Allegiance was given by our December Student of the month Candace Plasko.
It is extremly important that you obtain 7 points by the end of January, or you will be put on probation. Points are updated in room 507. If you have any questions or concerns contact Mr. Feducia or Stefanie. Additionally Chairmen need to inform Stefanie if you were present at an event in order to receive credit. Mr. Feducia and Stefanie will be developing a templete for activity sign up sheets which will be avaliable in the IB room.
Dues need to be paid ASAP. Currently they are $10, but will go up to $15 after the first semester. In order for seniors to recieve stoles these dues must be paid. If you have any questions please see Jacob.
GPA's will be checked at the end of February. You must have a 3.5 or higher, you will be notified if you are on probation.

If you are interested in becoming a officer next year application will be avaliable after the midterm. In addition, you need to plan to take an active role in the induction ceremony in the Spring.
Mr. Feducia is asking all members to write thank you notes to any teacher that has written you a recommendation.....simply for politeness
All of our Christmas activities were huge successes, thank you for all you help and cooperation.
Congratulations to Andrew Holtzhauer and Mrs. MacDougall for receiving Student of the Month and Teacher of the Quarter, respectively.
List of activities
- Stafford Parks and Rec Art Extravaganza (January 26, 8:00-2:00) Sign up in the IB room
- Margret Brent Tutoring (Ben) - Every Tuesday for about 45 min.
- AG Wright Tutoring (Tanny) - Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 4.
- Principal Appreciation (Ashlyn) - More info will be in the IB room.
- Peer Tutoring (Leah) - Every Wednesday from 2:30 to 3:30. If you have friends that need help please encourage them to sign up (before Tuesdays)
- School Beautification (Taylor) - Our next one will be on February 21
- Raffle (earn points for selling tickets and providing gift certificates) This is a mandatory fundraisier for all members. You will be selling 15 tickets for $1 each. If you would like to sell 30 tickets and receive two points you may do so. Info and tickets will be handed out at our February meeting.
